New pool area on older property

The family with two small children wanted a cozier and more usable garden with a pool and lounge areas for socializing with friends and family. Privacy and child safety were desired, as well as a better layout/planning of the plot and the house entrance.
challenge
To create a garden with a pool for a modern family with children on a very old property where both the garden and the building have over time become an eclectic mix of old and new. A lot of visibility on the southwest part of the plot due to a poorly planned entrance. A hilly plot with quite tight space.

Den befintliga infarten till fastigheten flyttas så ett privat, insynsskyddat poolområde med generösa loungeytor kan placeras i sydväst läge. Husets entré får en ny generös trappa och en liten köksträdgård skapas och det görs plats för ett kommande attefallshus. Befintliga planteringar föryngras, gallras och kompletteras med mer blommor och färg. Nya buskage skapar lummighet och fungerar som barnskydd på tomtens branta partier.
